Terms & Conditions juta1 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Online Entertainment Platform

By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by juta1, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. This acceptance takes effect from the date you first use the juta1 platform, whether through our official website or mobile app.

Juta1's services are available only to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• Is a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident, or is lawfully present in Malaysia at the time of using the platform.
• Not included on the exclusion or sanctions list of any relevant regulatory body.
• Has full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Has never had an account closed by juta1 due to a prior breach of terms.

Upon registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. juta1 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time as part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your juta1 account login credentials, including your username, password, and PIN. You are not permitted to share your account details with anyone, including family members.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised, you must:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 each request.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet that is registered under your own name and have completed the KYC verification process.
• Your first withdrawal requires a completed identity verification (KYC) before it can be processed.

The juta1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. juta1 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or service interruptions at all times, although we strive to maintain the highest possible uptime.

Juta1's liability is limited as follows:

• Juta1 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages arising from the use of the platform.
• Juta1's maximum liability for any individual claim is limited to the total amount deposited by the member within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
